MORGAN KECK | BSN, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C
Morgan assumes the role of Cosmetic Solutions Medical Director and knows every patient can benefit from their services helping them look and feel good at all stages of life. Morgan has always had a passion for the aesthetic field of medicine and is excited to join the Cosmetic Solutions team where she can help people feel great in their own skin. Morgan earned her nursing degree at the University of Iowa and worked as a Labor & Delivery/OB/NICU nurse for 16 years before earning her nursing master’s degree at Graceland University. Her focus is to give her patients best results from both clinical treatments and at home care. She has earned the trust of her patients with her confidence and ability to choose the right combination of products & services. In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on the Hawkeyes. Her passion is neurotoxin and filler injections but enjoys doing any procedure and guiding clients in feeling their best! JENNIFER L. BURGETT | BSN, MSN, ARNP, CWHNP
Jennifer is proud to be a mom of an active young family. She also loves to decorate, organize and make her house into a true home during her spare time. Jennifer also enjoys playing sports and spending time in the great outdoors, especially running. She is an avid U of I Hawkeye fan who loves attending the games whenever she can. She is certified in laser treatments and neurotoxin & filler injections. She is excited to join the Cosmetic Solutions team as well as provide care at OBGYN & Associates.
REBECCA S. HAMMES | BSN, MSN, ARNP, CWHNP
Rebecca earned her nursing degree at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She then went on to earn her nursing master’s degree at Layola University in Chicago. She spent 6 years working as an OB and NICU nurse in a hospital environment, then 2 years as a nurse practitioner in Chicago before joining OB-GYN Associates, PC. Sports, especially volleyball, are one of Rebecca’s favorite things to do. She also loves supporting local teams and enjoys attending sporting events whenever possible. Rebecca is a proud aunt to adorable nieces and nephews, with whom she loves to spend quality time. She is certified in laser treatments and neurotoxin & filler injections. She is excited to join the Cosmetic Solutions team as well as provide care at OBGYN & Associates.
KELLY WINN | RN
Kelly has worked with OB-GYN & Associates and Cosmetic Solutions for over 17 years as a primary nurse & most recent as clinic manager. She has over 25 years of experience in women’s healthcare, and while specializing in aesthetic nursing she is sure to take care of the patient every step of the way. Kelly is trained in Coolsculpt, PRP for Hair Restoration, laser procedures, and certified in all of our skincare lines. She is kind, great with people and will make you feel comfortable during any procedure.
SHEILA SCHEIB | RN, BSN, MBA
Sheila graduated from Mt. Mercy College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and later completed a master’s degree in business administration. During her nursing career, she has had experience in teaching, clinical practice, management in women’s health and administration. She worked with Dr. Abernathy in the opening of Cosmetic Solutions and is proficient in Botox and dermal filler treatments.
DeLana Dodge | Spa Esthetician
DeLana has always had a passion for combining her love of skin care with the healthcare industry. She is a Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Iowa and a Spa Aesthetician here at Cosmetic Solutions. DeLana graduated from Capri College here in Cedar Rapids. Her services include Hydrafacials, spa facials, body treatments, Microdermabrasions, Chemical Peels, Skin Pen Microneedling, as well as Lash Lifts & Lash & Brow Tinting. DeLana strives to provide a relaxing environment for her clients while using her expansive knowledge of skin care to customize services for her clients’ needs. Suffering from breakouts herself, she is passionate about helping clients with this and other difficult skin disorders. She is excited for the opportunity to help others achieve beautiful skin and loves all things to do with wellness which drives her to seek any opportunity to learn and grow as an aesthetician.
Molly Nielsen | RN
Molly has been a part of the aesthetic industry since 1997 when she first graduated from Capri College. In 2003, she returned to school to become a Registered Nurse with the vision of merging her two passions and becoming an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Molly brings knowledge and experience to every treatment plan, and she is ecstatic to work with patients to achieve their unique goals. Molly strives to ensure her patients have a comfortable, safe, and positive experience and leave looking and feeling their best. Molly is certified in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, CoolSculpting, micro needling, HydraFacial, and chemical peels. Molly is a compassionate nurse with an eye for detail. She is a huge asset to the Cosmetic Solutions team and to the ever-expanding world of aesthetics.
